• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (specific areas), Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking, and Card Payments.
• For deliveries outside Dhaka, a partial advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.

3. Warranty

• New products are covered by the official brand warranty as specified by the manufacturer in Bangladesh.
• Pre-owned products come with a specific warranty from Silicon Tech BD, which includes a 15-day replacement guarantee and a 2-year service warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information.

• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
